Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery

We can ship all works and items within New Zealand.  If a work is in stock we will wrap and ship within five days.  If the product is not in stock delivery times will vary.  You will be notified on wait times.  Please note that we aim to ship all items within three weeks.  

Upon shipment you will be notified with a tracking number.  All our couriers require a signature so please arrange a time where you will be home to receive your work or ship to an address where somebody will be available.

Damages to Work

Please check your work thoroughly on receipt in the event that a work is damaged during transit.  To place a claim for our insurances we must be notified of any damage within two days of the work arriving. We will need photos of the damage and the packaging or any damages to the packaging. Damage claims must be within seven days of the damaged item being received.

Overseas Shipping

We offer shipping overseas on all unframed prints and unstretched canvas prints.  If you would like any other larger works shipped overseas please contact us directly for rates.  Any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver. All pricing includes gst (goods and services tax) if you are buying for overseas your purchase will be gst free. Please get in touch here to calculate the tax free pricing
